An officiating politician in the Vladivostok Duma, Viktor Kamenshchikov, has been detained at the U.S.- Mexico Border, trying to cross into the U.S. illegally. The last time Kamenshchikov was seen in public in Russia was back in February, when he opposed the Russian special military operation at the Duma meeting.
Viktor Kamenshchikov a Communist Party Member, filed an application to leave the party on February 27th, 2022, after the party recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk Republics.
